Start-up and Implementation

In order to make sure that between implementation and operation all the necessary procedures and processes of the operational phase can take effect immediately, we see to it that nothing is being overlooked, forgotten or neglected, through

  • organising the preparation of the initial start-up alongside and independently of completion, with a certain period of follow-up assistance
  • checking whether desired qualities of personnel, training and scope of services are being achieved on time
  • supporting the implementation of operational management systems
  • building an operative organisation and assigning responsibilities
  • supervising the deadlines for the initial start-up
  • making sure that security concerns are complied with in the actual operation
  • assisting in the establishment of a reporting system
